Role and responsibilities

​

This role is to help our customers implement, operationalise and manage Nexthink. This involves being part of the solution design, managing all implementation stages and working with the customer to ensure that they maximise the value of the tool and provide First Line Support for Nexthink and other Bright Horse Solutions

 

This is a mixed role with some time being spent at our offices in Gerrards Cross and either working remotely from home or from a Customer site within the UK or internationally as and when required.

Project Engagement/Key Requirements

​

  • Continuously improve your relevant skills and knowledge to perform your role and maintain current certifications on all supported products

  • Ability to translate business requirements into value based solutions

  • Maintain sufficient technical capability and current best practice knowledge to be able to implement and operate all of Bright Horses product portfolio

  • Be responsible for the delivery of the end to end solution from sales handover to project sign off;

  • Undertake Project Assessments to build out a Be able to understand project requirements as documented in a ‘Statement of Work’

  • Install and configure any Bright Horse solution in line with the documented Customer requirements as defined in the Statement of Work

  • Understand customer requirements regarding risk, compliance and cybersecurity so as to be able to advise and implement a relevant solution in line with industry best practices.

  • Ensure that the final solution matches of exceeds the Customer Expectation

  • Deliver quality engagements

Personal Skills Required

​

  • Excellent Customer facing skills with the ability to work independently, or as a member of the Customers Team

  • The ability to develop your status as a ‘trusted advisor’

  • Self-starter with ability to work on own and as a collaborator with the wider team

  • Good communication skills (both verbal and written)

  • Willingness and ability to learn quickly and take the lead in developing your additional knowledge is essential

  • A DBS Check will be required, and you must be able to pass or hold current UK Security Clearance (SC) or Police Vetting (NPPV3) requirements
