Role and responsibilities

The Experience Management Analyst works as part of the Experience Consulting team supporting our XLA and XMO projects. The role supports the Experience Management Consultant in project delivery and experience data analysis tasks. This role is customer-facing and alongside the Experience, the Consultant will attend, contribute to and document customer meetings, workshops and education classes. The Experience Analyst will be expected to host and control some of the project meetings on their own. The right candidate can be a fast track to Experience Management Consulting.

Full training in Experience Management, XLAs and XMOs will be provided but it is expected that the successful candidate will have various prerequisite skills and qualifications such as:

  • Ability to deliver education/training sessions

  • Ability to turn complex concepts into simple language

  • Good understanding of SLAs and KPIS from practical hands-on delivery of technical services

  • Good research and analytic skills

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Ability to present to customers as part of meetings and workshops

  • Confident communication skills at all levels

  • Working knowledge of all MS Office tools and other relevant software packages

  • Documentation skills

  • Passionate about improving employee experience

  • Competent in social media

Experience Management Analyst requirements

The Experience Management Analyst should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support, ITSM or Customer Experience. They are likely to have an awareness of best practices in IT and Projects (e.g. ITIL and Prince2/Agile) and possibly an awareness of experience tools such Nexthink, Happy Signals, Qualtrics etc
