Designing XLAs
Bright Horse's Designing XLAs is a full-day course guiding attendees through the titular process of designing experience level agreements (XLAs).
From identifying current experience wants and needs, to the various available data points within organisation, attendees will be introduced to how experience is defined and designed around real-world employee and organisational data.

Designing XLAs is a 1-day course running from 9:30am - 4:30pm, UK time.

Implementing XLAs
Implementing XLAs, a 1-day course by Bright Horse, introduces attendees to the ways in which XLAs can be operationalised within an organisation.

We introduce the XMO concept, discussing key processes and tools necessary to managing XLAs once implemented. We cover the ways in which experience can continually be managed and kept relevant with the changing nature of experience landscape.

Prerequisites:

Experience Essentials or Introducing XLAs is required before taking the Designing XLAs or Implementing XLAs course.
