We are looking for a temporary data research analyst to create and manage our CRM system. This would include researching, adding and amending existing contacts with the most current contact information. If this is something you can help with immediately, we want to talk to you!

Role Summary

We're looking for an individual who can hit the ground running helping gain key contact information through social tools such as LinkedIn, Lusha to help drive our marketing department in creating leads and opportunities. This ideally would be suited for somebody who is looking to fulfil a role for 6 - 8 weeks for around 20 hours per week.

Core Responsibilities

  • Research targeted accounts or key contacts

  • Management of contacts into CRM system

  • Following uniform processes for data input 

  • Brainstorm ideas on how to organically grow prospects within the CRM system through the use of social tools

  • Collaborate with our internal teams

  • Measuring and reporting of successful additions or updates

Qualifications/Experience/Skills

  • Highly creative with knowledge/ experience of social media channels and a good understanding of marketing.

  • Understanding and knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, etc).

  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.

  • Positive, energetic and dynamic.

  • Improved awareness of the Bright Horse brand as thought leaders in the digital experience market

  • Improved number of inbound leads.

  • Improved number of leads/opportunities in the pipeline 

  • Improved views of our website and social media channels
