This role requires energy, dynamism, creativity, intelligence and clear communication. As a BDR you are responsible for our lead generation across all our services and the Nexthink technology. This includes, account research, prospect identification, outbound prospecting and any inbound qualification.

On a daily basis you will attempt to create a connection with enterprise IT professionals via the phone, email, LinkedIn, and a variety of other creative ways with the goal of starting a conversation around their employee experience struggles & goals as well as how we can help them. This will include articulating our services including our experience education portfolio, our education assessments, XLA and XMO consulting services and new Nexthink technology sales.

This would be a Full-Time Role based from our offices in Gerrards Cross with the option for up to 60% of the time remotely based from home, if required. However it will also require travel to Customer locations from time to time in the UK.

Responsibilities:

  • A strong lead/opportunity pipeline is the key to successful sales and creating qualified opportunities is the main responsibility of the BDR role

  • Outbound prospecting via various channels including phone, email, social, and video

  • Profile and penetrate key accounts targets

  • Prospect for the right opportunities within the agreed target accounts

  • Qualify and convert leads into opportunities (inbound and outbound)

  • Create leads/attendees for our campaign and events

  • Be able to intelligently hold employee experience conversations with prospect senior managers

  • Understand the employee experience market and to effectively articulate the value of our solutions to both technical and non-technical buyers.

Qualifications/Experience/Skills:​

  • Good academic track record and/or relevant experience of new business prospecting

  • Previous BDR experience would be advantageous but not essential

  • A self starter, hard working, results driven individual

  • A strong desire to hunt for new business and make new contacts

  • Fluent in English

  • Excellent communicator

  • Dynamic/Energetic and Creative

  • Demonstrable track record of achieving targets in sales prospecting

  • Strong positive mental attitude to understanding and solving problems

  • Competitive

Role Targets:

  • Number of qualified leads and opportunities developed

  • Number of new service sales developed from the opportunities

  • Number of new Nexthink sales developed from the opportunities.

This is an excellent opportunity to build your own portfolio of accounts from Education to Consulting to Technology and manage them from Opportunity to Execution building long lasting relationships with Customers!
